Description
The ideal candidate will be able to appropriately identify the needs of both new and current customers in order to aid customers in their success using our product. This will be done by developing an appropiate level of communication with clients and internal team members to better understand and mitigate any issues the customers may face.
Responsibilities
- Developing and implementing strategic sales plans
- Overseeing performance of Sales Representatives
- Managing relationships with the customers
- Organizing and leading key account meetings
- Ensuring that sales objectives are achieved
- Maintaining accurate records of all sales activities
- Providing ongoing support to customers
- Resolving issues and providing solutions to customers
- Providing timely and accurate forecasts
- Collaborating with the internal sales team
- Work cross functionally within the company to communicate with all stakeholders in customers’ success
- Create and maintain relationships with customers to better understand and achieve their needs
- Make visits to our customers to identify opportunities for growth within our platform
- Manage all reporting about the health of customers’ accounts
Requirements
- Understanding IT Security is a plus
- Understanding splunk is a plus
- Articulate and well accustomed to a client facing role
- Willingness and ability to travel
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field or related to IT and engineering related
- Minimum of 1 years of experience as a Sales Account Manager or Sales Account Executive
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
